What was involved:
Scope: Full survey support across earthworks and concrete phases.
Location: WA Wheatbelt (FIFO)
What we did:
Managed pre-starts, progress pickups, volume calcs and final trims across a large earthworks package. Transitioned seamlessly into setouts for platforms, access roads and culverts.
Result:
Reduced downtime between phases. Our ability to switch gears quickly helped the team stay ahead of program.
